I'll keep my complaint short.
What the hell's up with eLoan.com, Lendingtree.com, and other financial entities on the internet?
So, I'm interested in refinancing. I go online and fill out some applications and then immediately they start calling me. I'm online because I don't want to talk on the phone or in person. I want to get what they are saying in email format so I can read over it. I am completely shocked that NONE of these sites seem to have an ALL-electronic option.
eLoan should actually be called e-thenMostlyPhoneLoan.com.
